Manic Monday: December 20th, 1984. Ministry played live in Chicago at the original Exit. Here is that full concert performance. Big thanks to Scotty Brown (all credit) for capturing this historic night.

In this video time capsule, check out the band lineup joining Jourgensen featuring original member Stephen George on drums, Patty Jourgensen on keys and backing vocals, John Soroka on syths, Brad Hallen on bass and multi instrumentalist Doug Chamberlin.

Al’s transformation at this point was going into his dark phase but still performing the early tracks including “Everyday is Halloween”, “Work for Love” and “I’m Falling”. You’ll see and hear he’s not quite happy with some songs as he’s falling out of that phase.
