ITLM OTRS Presents: Pizza Pie Looza Serves Up A Big Slice Of Country Music From 19 Something

By Angela Urban

It was a beautiful day in Nevada, Iowa for Pizza Pie Looza on May 11, 2024. If you get the chance go visit this friendly town in Iowa, and definitely add it to next years festival calendar. Stop by George’s Pizza/Cubbies on Main for some pizza, sodas or something with a little bit more kick to it.

This year they brought in local talent Monica Austin to open for Mark Wills and Sawyer Brown to celebrate Pizza Pie Looza in the town square. Mark Wills started off with his hit Jacob’s Ladder and followed up with and unreleased song I’m Not Sorry. He continued to perform hit after hit with I Do Cherish You, followed by another new unreleased song Night Ain’t Even Over Yet. He tugged at your heart strings with Wish You Were Here, and Don’t Laugh at Me.

Will brought back memories with 19 Something, Loving Every Minute, and Back at One and Everything There Is to know.

Sawyer Brown closed out the show with their high energy show. 40 years on the road and still performing at the top speed. They included tribute songs honoring Kenny Rogers, Toby Keith, John Andersen and Nitty Gritty Dirt Band.

Be sure to check out all their upcoming summer tour dates. You will not be disappointed with these artists.
