Returning again this year to Chicago’s south-western Addams/Medill Park, it’s Chicago’s ONLY 3-day Latin Alternative Music Festival and will be taking place July 8th-10th, 2016. This is the events Sophomore year and continues to bring amazing Latin Alternative talent to the Pilsen neighborhood. Ruido Fest is a collaborative effort from the organizers of Riot Fest Presents, Remezcla, Do312, Metronome Chicago, Star Events, WLUW’s Rock Sin Anestesia and a few others.

This years line up will include: Los Fabulosos Cadillacs, La Ley, Maldita Vecindad, Aterciopelados, Panteon Rococo, Panteon Rococo, Natalia LaFourcade, Carla Morrison, Los Pericos, Cuca, Miranda!, Los Cafres, Le Butcherettes, Silverio, Mexrrissey, (In Alphabetical Order), Adan & Xavi, Altocamet, Banda de Turistas, Comisario Pantera, Estelares, Helado Negro, Hong Kong Blood Opera, Ibiza Pareo, Instituto Mexicano Del Sonido (DJ Set), Izcalli, La Santa Cecilia, Las Robertas, Los Blenders, Los Vicios De Papa, Minimal, Mon Laferte, Odisseo, Riesgo de Contagio, Sexy Zebras, Vaya Futuro, YOKOZUNA, Plus more to be announced…

Last year brought an incredible line up that really turned heads and got noticed. Looks like this year plans to bring even more. Ruido Fest showcases and highlights Latin alternative, post punk, electronic, hip-hop, rock, psychedelia, tropicalia, reggae and punk acts from all over the world.
