Breaking News: Pantera Reunion A Go, First Shows Announced In South America

For a little over a month, we’ve been hearing stories about a Pantera reunion. Well, this morning, it was confirmed. Original members, Phil Anselmo and Rex Brown will be joined by friends Zakk Wylde and Charlie Benante in completing this tribute reformation of the iconic 90’s metal band during a stint with Slpknot’s, Knotfest 2022 / 2023.
Pantera reunion will happen at Knotfest in South America as well as Mexico’s Hell & Heaven Fest starting December 2nd and the 9th in Colombia and running into Chile on December 11th and finally in Brazil on December 18th, 2022. These will be the bands first shows in over twenty years.
Benante said, this “Pantera lineup will only play select shows. And continues with telling the haters, “Don’t come”.
These tour dates are limited and only set for festivals currently.
