Free admission • Grant Park and citywide
Taste of Chicago has been a foodie staple for more than 40 years. This year, the annual food and music extravaganza will include the return of the iconic lakefront festival, alongside neighborhood pop-up events throughout the summer.
In September, the classic food festival will take over Grant Park with dozens of Chicago’s favorite food vendors, live music performances, community dance lessons, and so much more. Plus, find neighborhood pop-up events bringing a Taste of Chicago to parks across the city all summer long.
Taste of Chicago’s signature event in Grant Park will take place Friday, Sept. 6 – Sunday, Sept. 8, 2024. The festival will be open from 11 a.m. – 9 p.m. every day of the weekend.
If you can’t get enough of Taste of Chicago, check out these neighborhood pop-ups bringing a bite-sized version of the iconic event to local parks this summer.
Each year, food vendors will dish out not just tastes of Chicago classics — like hot dogs, pizza, and cheesecake — but also bites that represent the international influences tied to the city’s history as a melting pot of cultures.
