September 2021 is going to go down in Chicago history as the most busy of months for live music outdoor festivals. In the past, September was know as the month where festivals wind down for the winter months. Not in 2021. Thanks to the global pandemic, things have had to shift a bit to accommodate the opening of the festival season and Chicago festival organizers have landed in Autumn as the place to be.
Pitchfork Music Festival Chicago has announced that September 10-12 will be the new dates for this years Union Park concert. And they’re backing it up with some serious fire power. They even have the daily rundown of acts lined up.
Headliners include Erykah Badu, St. Vincent, and Phoebe Bridgers.
PLUS: Big Thief, Angel Olsen, Flying Lotus, Animal Collective, Kim Gordon, Thundercat, Yaeji, Ty Segall, and many, many more.
