Chicago Open Air\u00a0<\/strong>has announced a spectacular music lineup for the three-day music, craft beer and Gourmet Man Food festival held\u00a0July 15, 16\u00a0<\/strong>and\u00a017\u00a0<\/strong>at\u00a0Toyota Park<\/strong>\u00a0in\u00a0Bridgeview, IL<\/strong>, just outside Chicago.\u00a0Rammstein\u00a0<\/strong>will kick off the festival weekend with a headlining performance on Friday–the group\u2019s only 2016 U.S. performance and first Chicago show since 2012. Saturday will be headlined by\u00a0Chicago\u2019s ownDisturbed<\/strong>, who have recently returned from a 4-year hiatus. Global rock juggernauts\u00a0Slipknot\u00a0<\/strong>will close out\u00a0Chicago Open Air\u00a0<\/strong>on Sunday.<\/p>\n

Disturbed\u00a0<\/strong>says, “It is long overdue that one of the greatest rock cities in the world has a festival of its own. We are honored and excited to be one of the headliners at the inaugural\u00a0Open Air<\/strong>\u00a0festival in our hometown of Chicago.”<\/p>\n

Chicago Open Air\u00a0<\/strong>will\u00a0feature performances by over 40 bands, including\u00a0Rammstein, Disturbed, Slipknot, Chevelle, Korn, Five Finger Death Punch, Ministry, Breaking Benjamin, Marilyn Manson, Of Mice & Men,\u00a0<\/strong>and many more. The festival will also include\u00a0Gourmet Man Food\u00a0<\/strong>featuring local and regional cuisine, a\u00a0craft beer<\/strong>\u00a0village<\/strong>\u00a0highlighting top brews from the region, other entertainment and fan experiences, and will be hosted by\u00a0Jose Mangin\u00a0<\/strong>from Sirius XM\u2019s Liquid Metal.<\/p>\n

The initial\u00a0Gourmet Man Food<\/strong>\u00a0lineup for\u00a0Chicago Open Air\u00a0<\/strong>includes\u00a0selections from Chicago favorites such as:\u00a0Bruges Brothers, Chicago Doghouse, Dia De Los Tamales, Dinky\u2019s Donuts, International Spud Station, Pizano\u2019s (Chicago deep dish), The Crave Bar, The Happy Lobster, and Yum Dum. Additional\u00a0Gourmet Man Food<\/strong>\u00a0vendors from around the country will include: Aporkalypse Now, Cheeze Louise, Cravin\u2019 Cajun,<\/em>Master of Patties, and Pie Baby (wood-fired pizza).<\/p>\n

The\u00a0Chicago Open Air craft beer village\u00a0<\/strong>will offer national and regional craft beers and artist inspired beverages such as:\u00a0Goose Island (Chicago), Half Acre Beer Company (Chicago), Iron Maiden’s Trooper Beer, Lagunitas (Petaluma, CA), Mot\u00f6rhead’s Shiraz Wine, Surly (Minneapolis), Two Brothers Brewing (Chicago), and many more to be announced.<\/p>\n
