This year growing in size and numbers as they will now be a 5 day event. The fest will return to United Center&#8217;s parking lot and bringing back the western themes Chi-Town has grown to love.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Windy City Smokeout festival lineup features some of the biggest names in the industry.
