Guitar virtuoso\u00a0John 5\u00a0<\/strong>releases his latest solo album\u00a0Ghost,<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0produced and mixed by\u00a0Barry Pointer<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0featuring guest spots from\u00a0Tommy Lee, Stephen Perkins, Bryan Beller\u00a0<\/strong>and\u00a0Kenny Aronoff,\u00a0<\/strong>among others. Today\u2019s record release also comes with a brand-new single \u00a0\u201cMoon Glow,\u201d\u00a0<\/strong>featuring\u00a0Matt Bissonette<\/strong>\u00a0on bass and\u00a0Marco Minnemann<\/strong>\u00a0on drums\u00a0and a visualizer\u00a0HERE<\/strong><\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cMoon Glow\u201d<\/strong> follows previous anchor tracks, including \u201cHollywood Story\u201d<\/strong><\/a> (about the first time John 5<\/strong> picked up a guitar and the path that led him to the incredible career he has today) as well as “Fiend”<\/strong><\/a> and “Deviant”<\/strong><\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Says John 5 <\/strong>of Ghost: <\/em><\/strong>\u201cIf my life could be put to music, it would be this album.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As well as being a songwriter\/guitarist for hire, JOHN 5 has shared the stage as axe-man for Rob Zombie, Marilyn Manson and Rob Halford. He has also worked with an impressive array of names, from all walks of music, including KD Lang, Rod Stewart, David Lee Roth, Alice Cooper, Scorpions, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Meatloaf, Dolly Parton and Ricky Martin. In October 2022, it was announced that JOHN 5 would be joining M\u00f6tley Cr\u00fce as their guitarist following the announcement that Mick Mars would be retiring. JOHN 5 continues to tour with M\u00f6tley Cr\u00fce including an upcoming residency in Las Vegas in 2025. To call JOHN 5 a shredder does not do him justice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
