He shared a touching story about their friendship, reminiscing about how he wrote a poem that Bowie later turned into a song. Jumping around, bouncing across the stage, rolling on the ground, hurling himself down to the pit and into the front of the crowd, the man is a machine. And he has looked the same for decades. This concert was a vivid reminder of his status as a true rock legend.
