The Den Theatre<\/strong> is pleased to announce Alingon Mitra: The Too Good Tour<\/strong>, featuring two stand-up performances on Saturday August, 12, 2023 at 7:15 and 9:30 pm<\/strong> on The Heath Mainstage<\/strong>, 1331 N. Milwaukee Ave. in Chicago\u2019s Wicker Park neighborhood. Tickets ($22 – $38) are now on sale at thedentheatre.com<\/a> or by calling (773) 697-3830.<\/p>\n

Alingon Mitra<\/strong> is a stand-up comedian and comedy writer living in New York. He has written for The Daily Show with Trevor Noah<\/em> on Comedy Central and was also staffed on Adam Ruins Everything<\/em> for TruTV. He has done stand-up on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert<\/em>, Conan<\/em>, Late Night with Craig Ferguson<\/em> and Adam Devine\u2019s House Party<\/em>. After becoming a semi-finalist on Last Comic Standing<\/em>, Alingon won the coveted \u201cComic Comeback\u201d award to appear in the season finale. He was selected to be a new face at Just For Laughs Comedy Festival in Montreal in 2015. Alingon graduated from Harvard, where he was a writer for the illustrious Harvard Lampoon.<\/p>\n
