ROOKIE <\/strong>will release their self-titled, debut album on\u00a0March 13th (https:\/\/www.bloodshotrecords.com\/store\/rookie<\/a>) and, in support of the new album,\u00a0will be playing an album release show at the Empty Bottle on March 13th (ticket info<\/a>)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n To celebrate their 20th anniversary, Louisville’s Murder By Death<\/strong>\u00a0will be stopping in\u00a0town for two nights\u00a0at Thalia Hall\u00a0on the same weekend, March\u00a014th and 15th, with support from Amigo the Devil\u00a0(ticket info<\/a>)<\/strong>.\u00a0This\u00a0milestone\u00a0<\/a>2020 tour<\/a> will feature songs selected from all eight albums in the band\u2019s catalog and fan-curated setlists each night. Ticket\u00a0holders for\u00a0the anniversary shows will receive a free zine, looking back at the band\u2019s 20-year history.<\/p>\n Waco Brothers<\/strong> just released a collection of their finest protest songs, entitled RESIST!<\/em> Tonight, they play at Smashed Plastic <\/strong>and on March 14th<\/strong> they’ll be playing at the Hideout’s annual SXSW Sendoff (info<\/a>)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
