He is perhaps best known for his\u00a0<a title=\"Chopper (rap)\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Chopper_(rap)\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">chopper<\/a>\u00a0style of\u00a0<a title=\"Rapping\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Rapping\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">rapping<\/a>and for once holding the title of fastest rapper in the world according to\u00a0<a title=\"Guinness World Records\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Guinness_World_Records\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Guinness World Records<\/a>\u00a0in 1992, being able to pronounce 598 syllables in 55 seconds.<sup id=\"cite_ref-2\" class=\"reference\"><a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Twista#cite_note-2\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">[2]<\/a><\/sup><\/p>\n<p>In 1997, after appearing on\u00a0<a title=\"Do or Die (group)\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Do_or_Die_(group)\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Do or Die<\/a>&#8216;s hit single &#8220;<a title=\"Po Pimp\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Po_Pimp\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Po Pimp<\/a>&#8220;, produced by\u00a0<a title=\"The Legendary Traxster\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/The_Legendary_Traxster\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">The Legendary Traxster<\/a>, Twista signed with Big Beat and Atlantic Records, where he released his third album\u00a0<i><a title=\"Adrenaline Rush (album)\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Adrenaline_Rush_(album)\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Adrenaline Rush<\/a><\/i>\u00a0and formed the group\u00a0<a title=\"Speedknot Mobstaz\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Speedknot_Mobstaz\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Speedknot Mobstaz<\/a>, in 1998. As of 2013, Twista was working on his ninth studio album entitled\u00a0<i>The Dark Horse<\/i>.
