Kasabian<\/strong>,\u00a0one of the UK’s most successful and beloved bands,\u00a0have revealed plans for a run of North American live dates in September -including stops in\u00a0New York City, DC, Boston, Chicago, Los Angeles<\/strong>\u00a0and more.<\/div>\n

The band released their sixth studio album\u00a0For Crying Out Loud<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0in the UK on\u00a0May 5th, landing them their\u00a05th UK #1 album.\u00a0For Crying Out Loud<\/em>\u00a0is available on all DSPs in the US now via RED.\u00a0The band will release a physical version of the LP in the US via\u00a0Third Man Records<\/strong>\u00a0on September 1st. Lead singles “You’re In Love With A Psycho<\/strong>” and\u00a0“Bless This Acid House<\/strong>” are buoyant, spirited sing-a-longs, bursting with the band’s renowned swagger and brilliant knack for rousing choruses.<\/div>\n

Kasabian have firmly established themselves as British national treasures, with a flawless discography and legions of fans. In the space of their previous five album releases they’ve pocketed a UK GRAMMY-equivalent BRIT Award, seven NME awards and four Q Awards. Their euphoric live sets have taken them to the headline spots at multiple music festivals, including the world’s biggest: England’s legendary Glastonbury Festival. It’s been three years since North American fans were treated to a tour.<\/div>\n

Following the more electronic direction of 2014’s acclaimed\u00a048:13<\/em>,\u00a0Kasabian were keen to make a truly great guitar album. Serge Pizzorno says about\u00a0For Crying Out Loud<\/em>,\u00a0“We wanted to make a very positive album full of hope with guitars to remind people that it’s still relevant.”<\/em>\u00a0The result is one of the most energetic and dynamic rock records of the year.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
